 When is LiveSupport available?
Solution Unless prior arrangements are made, live support is usually available between 8 am and 4:15 pm on days the NAMI office is open (Monday through Friday excluding holidays and other closures). Submit a ticket if you need to arrange a live support call outside these hours.

Please note this system is meant for IT - related issues affecting NAMI staff at the national, state, or local level. If you need help with mental illness issues, please contact our helpline instead.
