Solution If someone makes a request for you to send an MDI file to them in TIF format, simply open the MDI file in the MDI viewer (just double click the file, windows will do the rest). Click FILE, then in the SAVE AS box choose TIF format. Make sure you save the file to a different location (like your desktop, my documents, or a network drive), otherwise you won't be able to find the TIF file.
