Server could not be reached errors
Solution
At the extreme upper left of the communicator program will be a small communicator icon
just to the right of this will be a down-arrow.
Click the arrow
Choose connect
Choose CHANGE SIGN-IN ADDRESS
Click ADVANCED
Choose AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION
Click OK
Click OK
Communicator should automatically connect.
If communicator does not connect:
repeat the procedure above, but switch AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION to MANUAL CONFIGURATION
Enter chatserver.nami.org as the INTERNAL server and chatproxy.nami.org:443 as the EXTERNAL server
Close the configuration boxes and try to connect again.
