	How do I download and install the Microsoft Communicator client?

Solution If you are wanting to evaluate the software and are located in the NAMI office, simply send an e-mail to support@nami.org requesting it to be installed. Once you receive a confirmation reply, re-start your computer and it will be installed automatically.

The following is only for users who operate primarily outside NAMI's main office:

Visit http://fileserver.nami.org and log in
click the "Everything else is here..." link at the bottom of the page
click ALL USERS
click COMMUNICATOREVALUATION
click COMMUNICATOR.MSI (it's the only thing there)
save the file to a location on your hard drive
click START, choose RUN
in the OPEN blank, navigate to where you saved the MSI file, then switch FILES OF TYPE to ALL FILES, then click OK
click NEXT
accept the license agreement
click NEXT
click NEXT
click FINISH
once installed, follow the configuration instructions found here...
