Who can see my mail group? Can I change that?
Who can see my mail group? Can I change that?
Solution
By default, all NAMI mail groups are visible on the public main page. Controlling who can send to them is described
here...
To change who can see your group on the main page:
Log in to the mail group system (http://mailgroups.nami.org)
Click ADMIN beside the group you wish to change
Under VISIBILITY OF LIST, change it from whatever it is to whatever you'd like it to be.
Click UPDATE at the bottom of the page.
Explanation of settings:
Conceal except for subscribers:
List is only displayed to subscribers who have logged in to the system.
Intranet access:
List displays only for those with e-mail addresses which end with mailgroups.nami.org. Depricated. Do not use this choice.
Noconceal:
List is publicly displayed (default)
Conceal even for subscribers:
List is only visible to owners who have logged in to the system.
